Al-Ahsa Outlet Mall Project
The "Outlet Mall - Al Ahsa Project" is a unique, integrated destination spanning a total built-up area of 350,300 square meters in a strategic location in Al Ahsa city, on the Al Uqair Road. It features a diverse range of facilities, including an outlet shopping complex and restaurants with a total built-up area of 66,812 square meters, and a fully integrated Entertainment Center (24,608 square meters) offering diverse activities such as bowling, cinema, and mini-golf. The project also includes a 4-star hotel (36,589 square meters), an Equestrian Club, a theater, and a banquet hall. It provides underground parking capable of accommodating 4,224 vehicles, thus offering a comprehensive model that combines retail, entertainment, and hospitality in a single location.
Prince Sultan Military City Hotel Project, Riyadh
The Prince Sultan Military City Hotel Project in Riyadh is a mixed-use development aimed at creating an integrated destination serving the military city. It features a luxury hotel, which occupies the 6th to 10th floors and includes rooftop amenities such as a swimming pool, spa, and restaurant, alongside commercial units and entertainment facilities. The main components of the building include 17 retail outlets with a total leasable area of 956.00 square meters on the ground floor, a lecture hall and theater, a proposed area for a Medical Center/Clinics spanning 2,664 square meters on the fourth and fifth floors, and extensive service facilities in the basement, including a 618 square meter central kitchen and a dining hall.


TIME Red Sea Resort
The TIME Red Sea Resort is a luxury coastal tourism project under development, spanning an area of 150,000 square meters on the Red Sea coast (100 km from Abha). It is managed by the Dubai-based TIME Hotels Group.
The resort features a design that dedicates 80% of its area to landscaping, offering 148 luxury accommodation units (including 48 rooms, 70 suites, and 30 chalets), in addition to a full-service marina, a vast 70,000 square meter beach area dedicated to activities, a water park, and a public aquarium for displays and research.
Crucially, the project adopts pioneering sustainability standards by relying on solar energy, focusing on minimizing energy and water consumption, and implementing a comprehensive policy for 100% waste recycling.

Saudi Media City
Saudi Media City is an exceptional integrated destination spanning a total area of 770,000 square meters. It aims to create a vibrant and luxurious environment that seamlessly integrates living, working, and entertainment.
The project is centered around the Riyadh Media City, which covers over 500,000 square meters as a hub for all Saudi and international broadcast channels, and the Iconic 90-story multi-purpose Media Tower, with a total built-up area of 141,750 square meters.
The city also includes specialized complexes such as the Healthcare Complex, spanning 50,000 square meters for specialized clinics, and the Arts and Music Complex, which features a 30,000 square meter concert hall. Additionally, the city includes a convention center, international schools, hospitality services, and luxury residential properties.

FALCON RESORT Dir'iyyah
The FALCON RESORT Dir'iyyah is a leisure and hospitality project distinguished by its advanced architectural designs. It is located near vital areas in Riyadh, approximately 39.1 kilometers from the Riyadh Boulevard project site, taking about 32 minutes by car. The project focuses on developing a variety of hotel and residential units, including chalets of various sizes (such as Chalet 350, Chalet 400, Chalet 450, and Chalet 800), in addition to a main building, a restaurant, and a seating area overlooking a lake. All designs were completed by Al Rukn Engineering Consultants in March 2023.
The Green Land Project
The Green Land Project, led by the National Initiative for Global Supply Chains (Jisr),
covers an area of 988 square kilometers. The project will establish the first integrated Saudi model for accessing African and global markets.
